Melbourne Cinémathèque

Identity design for Melbourne Cinémathèque. Includes a poster, screenings program layout, information slides and potential applications around the location such as vinyl graphics printed on walls and decorations on the existing ACMI sign.

The illustrations were inspired by classic minimalist film posters like the work of Saul Bass, with the panels framing them representing different ways of framing a shot in a film.

This design was selected as the official identity for 2019.
